I am truly grateful to be able to contribute to improving the health and lives of others. I have been an active athlete for most of my life. My passion for health and fitness started early In life. From adolescence into adulthood, I faced many ongoing ups and downs and adversities, I often wondered why it had to be this way. After losing loved ones and several relationships, I finally realized that I needed a shift that would change the relationship I had with myself. I share these experiences in my book: Belonging To Yourself.
Today, I dedicate my life to self-healing and self-growth by connecting to my own natural wisdom, being open to learning, and connecting genuinely with others with the intention of improving their lives.
My Background
I was born and raised in New York and spent over 35 years in leadership roles helping and mentoring people in the business world associated with unions and organizing their members. I have worked on several high-profile projects building airport terminals and the largest casino in the United States. My presence in the construction field made a significant difference in the related businesses and people’s lives.
